The general gymnastics class meets once a week for 90 minutes. Each class starts off with a 15 minute warm-up which includes a portion of cardio and stretching. Next the class does 15 minutes of tumbling, and then cycles through 1 to 2 gymnastics events. The gymnastics events include Vault, Un-even bars, Beam, Pommel Horse, Rings, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar, Double Mini Trampoline, and basic tumbling. Each class has trampoline for 15 minutes. The class finishes with approximately 15 minutes of conditioning exercises. Our instructors will work on skills that you already have and help you learn new ones.
